the parameter "use image magic" in flash uploader settings section have a message"Image Magic support is not available, please chechk the next parameter", how i can do, to have te magic image resizer active?.

you need image magick installed on your server. if it is your own server you can install it. Otherwise you have to ask your hoster to do it for you...
