I run the registred version of joomla flash uploader. I 'd like to make some check after the user has create a folder, using the javascript callbacks routine . Do we have the visibility from inside the callback routines of the TWG context , I mean the name of the new directory, the files that have been uploaded, etc...? I yes, hpow do I instance them ?

The createFolder callback does provide the status but not the directory name.
You would have to extend the php code in the tfu_readDir.php to do some extra processing or modify the code there to return the directory name instead of the status.
