I downloaded and installed this to give it a try before registering it and using on a new site. All looks fine except that the files showing in the Remote box are those that are already on my server - the place where files should be uploaded to.

How do I change that so that each users local files are shown and available for uploading. I'm sure this is a simple fix that I'm overlooking.

You have to assign a profile to each user. And there you can set the directory you like

Is there a default user directory in Joomla?

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I kept working at it and found that I had an unwritable folder and that the menu item ID was not set properly - and, more importantly, it's only when you hit the add files button that your local directory window pops up.
