Hi, I'm testing your Joomla Flash Uploader and it looks like it will be exactly what we need for our site.

The problem I'm having is if I put the plugin code:
Code:
<!-- {joomla_flash_uploader type=1 id=clients} -->

into an article, it always displays the default profile settings regardless of which user from the "clients" group is logged in.

However, if I create a menu that links directly to the JFU component, (with the same ID's 1, clients) everything works perfectly. Each user shows his unique profile settings.

Is there a way I can get the Uploader to display in an article and have it load the user's unique profile settings based on the user that is logged in ?

Thanks !

-Nik

Joomla 1.5.9

Hi,

the plugin should work like the component.

I'll check and if there is a problem I'll release a patched version today.

I also noticed you released 2.8.3 today, I'll try this update and see if it fixed it.

Thanks !

UPDATE:
Yes, 2.8.3 fixed my problem. Both the plugin and component work perfectly now.

Thanks again for the quick support !! Will be purchasing soon.
