Hello There,
After adding a few changes, when I click on the "JFUploader" icon editing an article, I get this error "Configuration Error! The destination folder does not exist. /myfolder" Where should I create myfolder?
I would appreciate very much your help!

You define the upload folder in the profile. The folder is relative to the main Joomla dir.
