I have the CHMOD both set for 0755 and in the server the end up being 1368. IF I change it manually to 0777 everything works fine. I'm not sure why it is setting the folders to that 1368

sorry 1363 is the numbers.
read for group
write for user group world
execute for user and world
363 is what it shows on the permissions area when changing.
the 1368 is what shows in the directory.

nothing uploads with this 363 but if I change it manually in the server to 777 I get all the uploaded files visible in the flash.

The you should check your server defaults - because if this field is empty JFU does not use any settings. Can you check the umask of your server?

After a couple of uninstalls and re installs it seems to be working now. It seems if I put anything in the CHMOD area it starts changing the permissions in very strange ways. It seems my server remembers the original permissions and keeps setting them that way. So I made some other log ins and tested and it seems to work fine now.
