the faq say
If this problem happens when using TWG please set $add_iptc_at_upload to false in the config. Some servers have an error when ITPC data is extracted during upload!
where i can find $add_iptc_at_upload ? in what file?

I told you to anwser my questions - The part you are refering in the faq are very special and your problem is a simple global one.

i probably haven't undestand what i have to do to resolve this problem..
however i try to se the permission of tdu files to 777 but it doen't work

LOOK IN THE SERVER ERROR LOG FILE.

There you should get a message why you cannot access the files directly. If you don't get a message there you have to ask your hoster.
I hope this is now clear.
