This is a great plugin, after a difficult start (and good support) it's working very well.

I am about to re-install the Pro version (temporarily went back to standard version), to use the 'Change Links Targets' feature.

I would like to disable all the links within the iframed content, including removing the rollover cursor change. Is this possible?

Thanks

You can make the iframe readonly:

Hi, thanks for the good tip on the 100% width mask, but my client is determined to keep links.

I noticed the Pro version has the ability to re-name/direct links, can rules be set for this so the format of my iframed pages content (which have .html suffixes) be matched to my WP site's pretty-permalink style?

e.g This page is a 'main' page it has links in the iframe and sidebar http://www.transdev-online.co.uk/pu-belts/breco_lin/

The WP link in the sidebar looks like this http://www.transdev-online.co.uk/pu-belts/breco_lin/breco-linear-t20/

The html (in iframe) link to same product in looks like this http://www.transdev-online.co.uk/pu-belts/breco_lin/t20_main.htm

The pro plugin can redirect targets. Not rewriting links.
If you like this you would have to add some additional Javascript that does this...

Hi, would this addition bit of shortcode disable links in a frame (readonly) in the non-Pro version? [advanced_iframe securitykey="mykeyinhere" include_url="http://www.transdev-online.co.uk/productshtml/plastics/wearstrip/plastics_wear_strip_extruded_profiles.htm" hide_part_of_iframe="0,0,100%,100%,transparent,10"]

I have Adv-Iframe-Pro, I haven't installed it yet because all my 780 iframed pages break when it's installed. I have to backup and restore my site to repair all the pages after each attempted install. I'm also a bit worried that installing the plugin's new upgrade version will also break the pages.

I hope you can advise me on a workaround to make a frame read-only without installing Pro version.

This will not work in the free version as it is not there ;).

If you have problems with the pro version please contact me as I found some issues with some themes which should be solved with 6.4 now.
What do you mean with break?

I'm wondering why you need a full backup as switching from the free to the pro version can be done by exchanging the folders of the plugin. I do this for testing all the time. Please contact me by e-mail for details.

Best, Michael
