Is there documentation on how to use IFrame Pro without Wordpress?

I've purchased the IFrame Pro for a work project - a parent domain is iframing a related subdomain.  However, neither of these sites being connected use Wordpress.  They are actually very different platforms in fact.

Anyway, I'm confident there is a solution, but any guidance on how to implement on non-PHP/non-WP sites would be really appreciated.  

Most of the documentation that came with the plug-in focuses on WP configuration and implementation tips.  :/
